Senior Support Services (CPHC) – formerly known as Community and Primary Health Care is a major supplier of senior services in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, and Kingston counties. Many CPHC services are listed in this section. WSL partners with CPHC to expand and improve its activities in the Westport Area.
