Senior Support Services (CPHC) – formerly known as Community and Primary Health Care is a major supplier of senior services in Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, and Kingston counties. Many CPHC services are listed in this section. WSL partners with CPHC to expand and improve its activities in the Westport Area. Country Roads CHC
Country Roads Community Health Centre delivers holistic healthcare services, including primary care, preventive measures, and health advocacy, through individualized consultations. They foster the well-being of rural communities  in the Township of Rideau Lakes and the Village of Westport.

Rideau Lakes Township
The Rideau Lakes Township Community Enhancement Committee provides various services and events within their community halls. The CECs are the umbrella organizations for their Township of Rideau Lakes volunteers.
The Hospice Hub
The hospice hub is a community-led initiative that provides comprehensive, compassionate, and integrated services to support anyone at end of life and bereavement, including their family and caregivers.  The hospice hub envisions a compassionate community where everyone can live, age, die and grieve well. By the community, for the community.
