Country Roads Community Health Centre delivers holistic healthcare services, including primary care, preventive measures, and health advocacy, through individualized consultations. They foster the well-being of rural communities in the Township of Rideau Lakes and the Village of Westport.
Senior Support Services LLG (CPHC)
- Senior Support Services assist in helping to keep Seniors safe in their homes, through their services and programs.
Lifeline
- CPHC Lifeline is a non-profit partner program of Lifeline covering Lanark, Leeds & Grenville. Their service offers safety and medical alert systems for seniors and others needing assistance at home.
Stone Manor Studios
- Stone Manor Studios in Newboro, Ontario offers art and craft workshops for a wide range of skill levels. The workshops take place on an 1860s stone manor estate located in Rideau Lakes. Individuals of all ages can participate in group workshops that focus on creative activities and support the development of art skills.

Rideau Lakes Township CEC
- The Rideau Lakes Township Community Enhancement Committee provides various services and events within their community halls. The CECs are the umbrella organizations for their Township of Rideau Lakes volunteers.
Access for All
- Access For All is a construction company that modifies kitchens, bathrooms or other areas of a home to make them more accessible for older adults or persons with a disability. This enables individuals to safely remain in their residence.
Centre for Studies in Aging and Health (CSAH)
- The Centre for Studies in Aging & Health (CSAH) at Providence Care works in collaboration with both internal and external partners to build knowledge, awareness and system capacity to promote successful aging. To prevent or delay frailty and its harmful consequences; and improve care by supporting transformation in organizations that provide health services.
Westport Senior Living
- Westport Senior Living (WSL) is a not-for-profit incorporated volunteer community organization who are dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. We strive to be an information hub for older adults to allow them to safely age in place in their home. We provide valuable education workshops on topics that are relevant to seniors and provide an opportunity for socialization through events.
The Hospice Hub
- The hospice hub is a community-led initiative that provides comprehensive, compassionate, and integrated services to support anyone at end of life and bereavement, including their family and caregivers. The hospice hub envisions a compassionate community where everyone can live, age, die and grieve well. By the community, for the community.
Legion Branch 542 Upper Rideau/Westport

Knock your Socks Off Footcare (Kyso Foot Care)

Alzheimer Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville
- The Alzheimer Society works to help people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in Lanark Leeds Grenville. They can provide information, resources, education, support and counselling.
United Counties of L & G Paramedics
- The Leeds & Grenville Paramedic Service runs an in-home, non-emergency community paramedic program to support vulnerable, independent-living residents with wellness checks, remote patient monitoring, and connections to local services. Services include collecting data on blood pressure and heart rate and connecting individuals to other resources within their homes or through virtual visits.
Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance ~ Ottawa Heart Institute
- The Canadian Women’s Heart Health Alliance (CWHHA) is a volunteer network of experts and advocates aiming to improve women’s cardiovascular health across the lifespan through public education. CWHHA is recognized as Canada’s cardiovascular health hub for women.
Westport Lions Club
The Westport Lions provide eleven types of services for the people of Westport, Newboro and the surrounding areas. The ongoing services the club provides are: Medical Mobility Service – The Lions’ Medical Mobility Service (MMS).
